S79N    

The S79 is a multiple-chip package with high thermal conductivity of silicon substrate. SiBDI’s highly efficient S79 series offers light output options from 400 to 1,000 lumens at 350 mA. The Light Engine can replace incandescent, halogen, and CFL light sources in a variety of applications.

With the advantage of a low thermal resistance of 1.6℃/w, silicon packages are able to operate at a low junction temperature which improves reliability. The compact size of the S79 (7.96 X 7.96 X 0.68 mm) makes it ideal for small footprint, high performance applications.
